Radiator flushing and coolant replacement machine
CoolXMatic by Proxind is a radiator flushing and coolant replacement machine, specifically designed for manufacturers of cleaning additives and vehicle radiator coolants.
With CoolXMatic the radiator can be cleaned and the coolant replaced with a fully automatic device with no need to remove any part of the vehicle, thus avoiding considerable time waste. In addition, it allows the old coolant to be replaced automatically, guaranteeing a 95 – 98% change, avoiding the contamination of the new coolant with the old one caused by a partial change of 60%, as happens with a traditional coolant change.

Cleaning the coolant system is necessary in the following conditions: if the temperature of the coolant increases rapidly and remains high because the radiator is obstructed, or because the radiator does not enable the necessary thermal exchange for the coolant. Furthermore, in case of wrong top-off, in case of visible dirt in the radiator tray, such as limescale and other deposits, which eventually clogs it up, or if the coolant is not regularly replaced (usually every two years).
