ZERO PRODUCT WASTE
By cleaning the parts with water-based liquids, replacing the liquid at the end of each wash is no longer necessary.
The detergent, in fact, can be used for following washing as well, as long as it maintains its cleaning action and an acceptable color.
AN ECO-FRIENDLY SOLUTION
The use of parts washers minimizes hazardous waste and the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC), a cause of serious air pollution problems.
Therefore, provided no hazardous materials or substances are introduced into it, any residual waste can be disposed of as non-hazardous material.
However, the disposal of waste from the parts-washing tank must be handled in compliance with applicable local regulations.
