To better meet your needs, Proxind can supply a prototype created based on your specific requirements before proceeding with mass production. In this way, you get the chance to see and test the machine and, where necessary, modify its design, software or customization before starting to produce it. For any Proxind’s machine and device, a 15-month warranty applies from the moment they are shipped. Should one of our machines be faulty, we will promptly send the related spare part or have it fixed in-house by our experts. There’s a wide variety of spare parts in our warehouse, which is always well supplied to ensure a rapid and efficient after-sales service. In addition, professional and helpful, our highly-qualified team of experts will help you solve any problem you may have.
